Dave Rude Band: Even More Epiphone
Nice to see a FatCat Radio artist getting some national exposure. Below is the Epiphone ad featuring Dave Rude (Dave Rude Band / Tesla) that appeared in the October 2009 issue of Guitar World.
"Keep it Fat and Keep it Rude." (You're welcome Brinton!)
Naturally it lists him as Tesla guitar player but did you notice the Dave Rude Band logo? Epiphone's website also conducted an interview with Dave back in the Spring (here) and this week caught up with him backstage in Nashville.
www.epiphone.com/news.asp?NewsID=1703.
Once again - very, very, cool the frequent DRB mentions and artwork. Don't forget - MY interview with Dave last month can now be heard in PodCat form.

As recapped here we're changing web hosts this weekend. We're in process now which is why the FatCat Radio website is offline and why parts of The Cat's Meow are missing.
Please be patient, we'll be back up and running and back ON AIR soon.

11/11/09 BIG Show recap
Another nice listener turnout tonight. I greatly appreciate those of you who are doing the Twitter & Facebook thing (among others) and helping get the word out Wednesdays about The BIG Show. Every little bit helps. My goal tonight was "old & new". Purposely dug a bit deeper in my playlist and got some artists on that I haven't played in awhile. And as I promised last week I had some NEW stuff:
NEW ARTIST: Speedfreaks
NEW TRACKS: Mongrel, The Demon Beat
Nice job with the requests tonight. A little disappointing again that despite having listeners coast to coast nobody called the new Toll-Free BIG Show Hotline. So....as a result next week I will only be taking phone requests. Live on the air phone requests. Check the live blog next week for the number. Missed it tonight? Catch a rebroadcast on Thursday & leave some feedback on the new music or anything else you heard.
Hopefully we'll do it all again next Wednesday. (Wish me luck with the transferring of FatCat to a reliable web host this weekend).
